Refund & Return Policy

Everything at She's Sarcastic is made on demand (except our downloadable products), created specifically for you when you place your order. Because of that, we don't typically accept returns or offer refunds — but if something went wrong, we're absolutely going to fix it.

Made-to-Order Products Our products are printed and made just for you, which means we can't resell returned items. We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and if there's an issue we want to know about it.

If There's a Problem With Your Order: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or the print quality isn't up to standard, we're sorry and we'll make it right. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we'll get it sorted.

How to Reach Us: Email us at support@shessarcastic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the problem

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

How We'll Resolve It: Depending on the situation we'll either:

  • Send a replacement for the damaged or defective item
  • Issue a refund or store credit if a replacement isn't possible

Return Shipping: If a return is needed because of a mistake or quality issue on our end, we'll cover the return shipping. If you're returning for any other reason, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to appear in your account.
