Q: Can I return my order?
A: Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
But—if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we’ll fix it. No runaround..
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (we make each item just for you).
If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right—replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Q: How do I get in touch with you if I have a problem with my order?

We typically respond within 8 hours (usually faster).
Q: What type of garment printing do your do for your shirts and sweatshirts?
A: We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
That means the design is printed into the fabric—not sitting on top—so it won’t crack or peel like vinyl. It feels softer and lasts longer.
Q: How soon will I receive my item(s)?
A: Everything is made to order, so production + shipping times vary a bit.
- T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Hoodies: 5-8 days to create and deliver.
- Coffee Mugs: 5-7 days to create and deliver.
- Tote Bags: 7-10 days to create and deliver.
- Ornaments: 5-7 days to create and deliver.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately (faster that way).
Why is everything made to order?
Because we don’t do waste.
Each item is created just for you instead of sitting in a warehouse. It takes a little longer—but it helps reduce overproduction and keeps things more intentional.
